Hebcrub is live – Welcome to our new web site. It is a work in progress, but gives an idea of what we can offer. As the weeks go by, we’ll add to the site with new projects and more technical details. The key one is our crub kits are approved for the croft grant process.
We’ve been building crubs for three years and early in 2020, by chance, did one for the Uig school parent council and then started doing so commercially. Then, of course, came the pandemic and some of the only work allowed, without undue restriction for safety, was agricultural and outdoors. So we built many for people, whether using pre made kits, our own, or even just coming in to help with tricky bits like the roof. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed it and particularly in sharing in the happiness of clients being able to grow fruit and vegetables without weather anxiety.
It really is life changing.
